LMS is a full service floor care company that covers the state of Ohio through offices in Columbus, Cleveland and Cincinnati. The Company maintains all flooring surfaces for numerous hospitals, government buildings, schools, high-rise office buildings, casinos, universities and airports throughout Ohio and the region.

Legacy’s former owners had been active in the business for a number of years and was looking for an appropriate buyer that would employ all of its current employees while providing them opportunities to grow within the business.

Stadion used a conservative mix of equity and debt capital to finance the transaction.
Legacy’s long term manager was promoted to President and all company employees were retained.

Stadion is working to grow Legacy organically by growing its market share within its current geography and adding new markets through national account wins. In addition, Stadion is actively exploring acquisitions in new geographic markets and new service line opportunities within its current markets.
