Our vision goes beyond traditional buyouts.

How We Work, Together

Long-term Growth Model

Short-term profits aren’t our game. Creating lasting value is.

We’re not in the business of buying companies just to sell them; we invest our own funds alongside partners who share our philosophy of acquiring and growing businesses.

Our strategy involves pinpointing situations where we can tap into the knowledge and connections of our investment partners and create sustainable growth opportunities.

Strategic Involvement

We position your business for success.

Our creative deal structuring empowers management to have skin in the game, while we bring the expertise and the resources necessary to invest in people, infrastructure, and operations for growth.

People-Centric Approach

We see people as your company’s greatest asset.

Our strategy isn’t cutting costs with layoffs. Instead, we prioritize retaining key personnel and understanding your culture, so that we can help you identify the talent that aligns with your brand and business goals.

Emphasis on Shared Expertise

We shorten the learning curve wherever possible.

We specialize in guiding our clients through acquisitions, helping you to expertly navigate challenges and evolve while staying operational.

Collaborating closely with business owners, we outline a clear step-by-step path to growth, drawing on best practices learned from years of multi-industry experience.

“The team at Stadion brought a genuine sincerity about the future and how we can work together, offering a wealth of contacts and efficiencies to our business that other companies lack.”

Your Partner In Success

Stadion isn’t your standard private equity firm. Though we have the resources and capital to expertly navigate substantial deals, our focus isn’t solely on size.

Rather, we target companies with a niche in their market, aiming to cultivate a partnership grounded in personalized service, transparency, and fairness.

Heitmeyer Consulting x Stadion

Background: Heitmeyer Consulting, a business technology and operations consulting firm founded in 1999, was acquired by Stadion in 2018. At the time Stadion purchased Heitmeyer, Heitmeyer was owned and run by one person, making it difficult to grow the business. They sought the leadership and strategic direction that Stadion could provide to foster business growth.

Impact of Stadion’s Ownership: After Stadion purchased Heitmeyer, Stadion was able to grow the business significantly through our vast network, sales ability and tenacity. We also brought in a new president that provided structure and organization to the business. By prioritizing sustainable growth and strategic alignment, Stadion set Heitmeyer Consulting on a path for continued success in the competitive consulting industry.
